CONSULTATION

Starting the design process early will give you ample time to make design decisions and to secure a spot in our schedule. We prefer to start working with clients six months prior to their event. The initial meeting will give us a chance to get to know you, discuss details of your event and get a sense of what you seek to achieve while we brainstorm creative ideas with you. Importantly, our meeting ensures that we are on the same page regarding what is required to move the process forward. Feel free to bring along colour swatches or pictures that show any ideas you have in mind. If you are unable to meet us in person, we can arrange to chat over the phone or Skype.

QUOTATION & APPROVAL

We will provide a quotation and indicate the time lines within which the work will be completed. Should you decide to proceed with us, our terms and conditions as stated on our website are applicable. An 80% deposit to secure time in our schedule and initiate the design phase will become due once you approve the quotation. We require an 80% deposit due to the custom-made products that are produced that cannot be sold to other clients in the event of any cancellations.

DESIGN AND SIGN OFF

Once completed, artwork will be sent to you electronically for you to sign off. Receiving quick feedback on the design aspects will assist in completing the design phase within the communicated timelines. Required revisions must be sent via email and carefully review spelling, grammar and punctuation for all artwork to ensure it is correct. Printing and production of your order will commence once sign off is completed. We start designing on the day stationery after the invitation designs are signed off, as this is done to ensure that we maintain a cohesive look throughout all stationery pieces ordered.

PRINTING & PRODUCTION

The final step to creating your stationery is the printing and production process. Production generally takes about four to six weeks depending on the complexity of your order. The balance of the payment will be due prior to the printing and production phase commencing.

COLLECTION OR DELIVERY

We will notify you once your order is ready for collection or delivery. Should you opt to use a courier service for delivery, you will bear the costs associated with the service including costs for packaging. The cost will depend on the destination, weight and size of the parcel and total charges will be added to your invoice.
